FirstPlay® therapy is an attachment-based model that helps parents bond with their babies through storytelling and touch. This model of therapy has been proven highly effective in transforming an insecure parental attachment into a secure one by teaching parents meaningful ways to connect with their babies with respect, love, and fun. FirstPlay® therapy pairs storytelling with massage and models engagement with playful interaction and gentle touch.

Infant mental health comes in many forms but, may look like a baby quieting in response to a familiar voice or a toddler crawling to seek help when they are distressed.
